Placing Your Order

  • By placing an order through our Website, you confirm your intent to enter into a purchase contract with us.
  • Orders are placed by clicking the “Confirm Order” button at the end of the checkout process.
  • You will be required to provide complete payment details, including a valid phone number and email address.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming receipt, order details, and any applicable delivery costs.
Note:
  • Completion of checkout and receiving an order confirmation email does not indicate our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only after full payment is received.
  • You can review and track your order status anytime by logging into your account and selecting “Track Your Order.”
  • If we are unable to supply the ordered Products, we will inform you and issue a full refund if payment has been made.

Delivery & Collection

  • You may select a designated store for order pickup. Pickup is only available at stores of the same brand as the purchased Products.
  • Delivery charges and timescales vary based on the product type, service selected, and shipping address.
  • We will make every effort to deliver by the estimated date provided in the confirmation email. If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • If no one is available at your delivery address, our shipping partner will contact you to reschedule delivery. The order will only be left with a third party (e.g., building caretaker, maid) with your authorization.
  • All risks, including loss or damage of Products, transfer to you upon delivery.
  • In cases of unexpected supply chain issues (e.g., import delays, material shortages), we will keep you updated but are not liable for such delays.

Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Orders can be canceled by contacting Customer Service within one hour of placing them.
  • Cancellations outside this window are only possible through our returns/refunds process.
  • If paid via credit/debit card, we will process a refund as soon as possible, though the bank’s processing time may vary.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Free promotional items received with the order must also be returned.
  • Refunds are issued after inspecting returned items, excluding shipping costs. If exchanging, you must place a new order.
  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.

Refund Process for International Orders

  1. Customers must cover return shipping costs and mark parcels as “returned goods” to avoid extra duties.
  2. Always request a tracking ID/proof of shipping to ensure parcel traceability.
  3. Returns may take up to 28 working days to process after we receive the items.
  4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as cash on delivery, based on your selection.
  5. If returning an item for size exchange, it must be dropped off at an approved courier location within 14 days of request, or the request will be canceled.
  6. Exchanges must be made within 28 days from the delivery date.
  7. Products must be returned in the original brand packaging.
  8. Items should be in unused condition with original tags and a copy of the invoice.
  9. Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, we will notify you and finalize the refund or exchange.
